| Oak Mountain Championship Golf Club is a 403 acre
facility located on Carrollton's beautiful Oak Mountain. The facility houses an 18 hole
championship gold course and a 225 lot subdivision. Two-hundred of these scenic lots
border either the golf course, a lake, or both. |

Oak Mountain is the highest elevation in Carrollton
giving residents outstanding views across Carroll County. The property has expansive
wetlands, a pond, and two lakes. The largest lake embodies more than 39 acres
offering lake residents canoeing, fishing, and sailing. The wetlands is a habitat for many
species presenting a picturesque country setting inside the city limits of Carrollton.

The course is a regulation
championship golf course measuring 7,056 yards from the championship tees. The 18 holes
are spread throughout the 403 acre property delivering a private atmosphere for each hole.
With over four miles of cart path, the golfer is led through many breathtaking scenes.
Numerous tee boxes give an exciting game for the novice and render vigorous challenges for
the low handicap golfer.

The fairways and tee boxes are comprised of 419 Bermuda over-seeded in Rye during winter
months. The course's greens are the latest in Crenshaw Bent Grass. The practice area is a
sodded 30 slot full length range and contains an astro-turf mat for saturated days. The
range will be fully lighted for extended hours and after dark practicing. The practice
green is over 11,800 square feet and is also comprised of Crenshaw Bent Grass. The
club utilizes the latest in 48 volt regenerative golf carts which are both quiet and
pleasing to the environment. The clubhouse offers a full service pro shop, dining, and
many member accommodations

membership plans tailored to fit the budget needs of all families as well as corporations.
